To protect these values, the Company provides internal channels dedicated to reporting conduct, acts or omissions attributable to company personnel and/or third parties that may constitute violations of laws, regulations, internal procedures or principles of conduct.
The reporting channels are reserved exclusively for communications falling within the scope of whistleblowing regulations and must not be used for commercial complaints, disputes concerning products or services, support requests, or communications related to personal interests.
The responsible cooperation of employees, collaborators and third parties is essential to enable Laservideo to promptly identify any irregularities, take the appropriate corrective actions and prevent possible economic, organisational or reputational damage.
