The story of Laservideo began in the early 1990s, when the world of vending was still closely tied to traditional products. The company was founded on a clear vision: to transform the vending machine into a truly intelligent tool, capable of adapting to technological change and new consumer habits. Initially specialized in providing equipment for video rental, Laservideo was among the first to foresee the coming digital revolution.

With the decline of physical media and the rise of digital content, Laservideo faced its first major turning point. Thanks to a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the determination to keep moving forward, the company reinvented its core business, focusing on the automatic distribution of tobacco-related products. This led to the creation of the first models designed specifically for tobacconists and retailers, with special attention to security, customization, and ease of use.

Over time, Laservideo expanded its scope to include vending machines for snacks, beverages, adult products, and more recently, integrated solutions for the Gratta e Vinci® and 24/7 retail markets. Each new project stems from direct market feedback and translates into reliable, robust, and technologically advanced products designed to operate continuously and ensure flawless service to the end customer.

Today, Laservideo is recognized as one of the most dynamic and innovative companies in the sector, with a widespread dealer network, efficient after-sales service, and an in-house design department that never stops experimenting. The goal remains the same as it was from the start: to create vending machines that make our clients’ work easier, offering practical, secure, and forward-looking solutions for modern retail environments.

Laservideo’s international expansion continues, reaching an export share equal to 70% of total production.

We design and develop POP 24/7 vending machines for Universal Pictures and Sony Pictures: hundreds of units installed across the UK and network-connected for remote management directly from Italy.

2009 • Gratta Facile! patent

Our first invention for tobacconists: the Gratta Facile! automatic dispenser for bundled Gratta Facile! tickets.

2012 • Gold Full Touch range

We expanded our “GOLD” line of touchscreen vending machines, building on the innovations introduced with the Jamaica model and applying them to new machines of different sizes: giving life to Bahamas, Miami, and Panama.
